• Chill Wine Event November 12, 2008.
  
  Ernestomeda Chicago is the VIP host for the Second Annual Wine Spectator Chill Event. Sponsored by the Wine Spectator magazine and benefiting the Respiratory Health Association of Chicago, this event features superb wines from winemakers from around the world, paired with cuisine from Chicago’s most distinguished chefs. This year , Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut NV Champagne will be poured in the Ernestomeda Chicago showroom and complimented by a dish created by world-renowned Chef Charlie Trotter.

• National kitchen and bath month, Oct 2008
  Ernestomeda Chicago celebrated our first anniversary October 4th during the Annual Merchandise Mart’s Luxehome Open House. This Open House recognized National Kitchen and Bath month and drew thousands of attendees. Homeowners and industry professionals alike came to see the latest in home design and enjoy celebrity guest appearances such as a presentation from Monica Peterson of HGTV.

• Neocon, June 9-11. The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, IL.
  Neocon is the “National Exposition of Contract Furnishings.” NeoCon is now considered the largest trade show of its kind in North America. Last year 52,000 design professionals attended. Complete with 1,200 showrooms and exhibits, NeoCon offers a unique combination of residential and commercial furnishings in one convenient location.
  Not only can professional designers and architects journey from product seminars and furniture exhibits with ease, but educational programming is also offered.
  
  This year, Luca Lanzetta, owner of Ernestomeda Chicago, will be speaking on Tuesday June 10, 2008. His conference is titled: The Challenge of Dreams: Blending Innovation, Sustainability and Affordability in the Modern Kitchen. There is a capacity for only 150 so sign up as soon as possible.

• Art Chicago April 25-28, The Merchandise Mart Chicago
  Art Chicago 2008, the annual international fair of contemporary and modern art, brings together 180 of the world's leading emerging and established galleries, representing 56 international cities to showcase the work of over 2,000 renowned artists.  Art Chicago offers curators, collectors, artists and art enthusiasts a comprehensive survey of current and historic work, from cutting-edge to modern masters in a wide variety of media including: painting, photography, drawing, prints, sculpture, video and special installations.
  
  Ernestomeda Chicago will be hosting a showroom cocktail party the night of the April 24th for guests invited to the opening night festivities of Art Chicago 2008. Ernestomeda Chicago is also teaming up with FMR ARTE magazine the days of April 25th and 26th for an invite only VIP brunch. FMR ARTE magazine is launching their “White” magazine publication, which celebrates the finest in Contemporary art.

• KBIS 2008 April 11-14 McCormick Center, Chicago, IL
  KBIS is the national Kitchen and Bath Industry Show and Conference. Held this year in Chicago, it will feature more than 900 top kitchen and bath industry suppliers under one roof. Designers and trades people from around the world have registered to see the latest innovations in kitchen and bath products.
  
  This year, to celebrate Ernestomeda Chicago’s introduction to KBIS, Ernestomeda is collaborating with Gaggenau during the Merchandise Mart’s “FRESH” party. Ernestomeda and Gaggenau are hosting a cocktail party on April 11th, from 6 – 8 pm for design professionals to see the latest Gaggenau appliances set in the beautiful Ernestomeda showroom.
